Sun & Sound Detroit is a music label founded in the Spring of 2024 by the dynamic father-daughter duo Todd Johnson and Carmen Johnson, also known as the music artist sillygirlcarmen. 

Embracing Detroit's illustrious electronic music heritage, Sun & Sound Detroit aims to illuminate the music scene with fresh releases from a vibrant umbrella of artists, promising a mix of fun, soulful and electrifying tunes. This label also establishes the home for many upcoming sillygirlcarmen releases, as she continues to craft her artistry and sound.

The label is kicking off with a loud bang this May, releasing a three-song EP project entitled PLAY by the acclaimed talent Delano Smith and sillygirlcarmen
